READY TO SHIP ITEMS:

Upon receiving confirmation to return the item(s), please ensure they are sent back in their original condition. We will issue a refund for your purchase, deducting a shipping costs. Please note that returns sent without prior notification will be declined. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we advise insuring the package, as we cannot be held liable for lost packages.

In the event of an error in spelling or size on our part, rest assured that we will promptly correct or replace the item at our expense. Kindly notify us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the resolution process.
